yes! thanks Dan, the money came a week after I sent the summons and was outside the companies normal cheque run so after being ignored for over 10 weeks and given the run around it came pretty much straight away,

No I am not out of pocket, I am just waiting on the retention money which is under £500 ,I priced a £40,000 job for them last year thank God I never started that before I found out they like to make you wait for money
