OOOhhhh, yes, BABEYYYY!:hurray::lol: Looks a tad above my budget though , AND I'd probably spent most of my time in some carpark talking with my pals on tilersforums..:lol:

Transit connect are a good van but considerably bigger than the rascal, consider the Daihatsu Hi-Jet, along the lines of the rascal and has sliding side door both sides ....usfull. cheap to run and insure and give jap reliability but cant do anything about the unfunky name, sorry.

Oh, wow, like the sound of that, simply because our present workhorse is a Daihatsu... I shall check that out. Sat in a transit connect on Saturday, and yes, good as it may be, it did seem too big...thanks, pal... or cheers m8 as you guys say...

Hmmm, after a promising first look just read the reviews,...less good...especially for people with long legs (32" i.l. in my case...)..but will get there, and no not too worried abouthte name. Keep coming across the Citroen Berlingo, after saying that I don't want French it's growing on me...any opinions?

They do come in red....... Noticed you live by the sea, nice. buy a vehicle inland. vehicles from coastal locations much more likely to have rust an corrosion problems due to the salt in the air. Glad to have been of help.
Does the M8 go to Scarborough? i throught it was in Scotland!

Berlingo still a good van Citroen had some spares issues with these some years ago as they were selling them faster than they could build them! not aware of any problems of late though. Another Citroen option could be the multispace not a van but could offer van type usage have a look, diesal engine more reliable than the petrol but a little noisey

I reckon you're on the wrong forum ...🙂 with that voice of experience... thanks again! and good night...

if its just a small van your after how about a corsa hatch van? or is that too small?!

basically just a corsa car but minus the back seats! I can get you plenty of info and brochures on these if you need them...
