ive had Roo

loved it, bit difficult to get here now as they have tightened up on importing meat

I had cheval in france, the restuarant owner asked if I knew what I was ordering and was delighted when I said yes its horse, the french love it and he was pleased I was going to try it as the the english usually kick off about them eating horse

I also had snails which were really yummy

I bought mine from a farmers market but I havent seen it on sale since, you can import it but you have to be licenced and if theres no demand for it here theres no point importing it
