Going to be years for mine to be anywhere near normal again if ever. I had a chiropractor appointment today too, just about keeps me going for another few days

 

[One Day]

I went today to help another tiler get through some work. Four smallish bathroom floors. He'd already cut and prepared 3 and I did the other this morning. Then this afternoon we got all four tiled in under 3 hours.
Now my right shoulder is slathered in tiger balm and I regret not slowing down and acting my age ... 🙁
