Got 5 houses to do all more or less identical so i have

2 x Shower areas 2 mtr x4.5mtr total area Ceramic 10x8

1 Bathroom just tiling around the bath and some boxing in at the end of the bath 1.5 mtr high x 5 mtr long Ceramic 10x8

A kitchen splash back 0.5 mtr high by 5 mtr Long Ceramic 4x4

And a fireplace in slate

Shower area and bathroom in bog standard white kitchen in mulitcolours and big slate tiles in fireplace.

I thought about £120 for each shower area
£150 for Bath
£150 for splash back
£80 for fireplace not sure about fireplace seeing as it is natural stone and no idea how long it will take so £620 does that seem about right or expensive bear in mind i am a lot slower than an experienced tiler but i don't want to look as if i am ripping him off but still want to earn a decent crust out of it.

A lot of it comes down to, how long do you think it will take you postie ?

Also, are them prices plus or including materials ?

So all in all your looking at around 28 sqm of tiling, plus the fireplace, so charging £620 works out at £22.14 per sqm, which isn't a bad rate for you if that dosen't include materials.

Thanks Fekin no materials are all supplied but when i did the first house i was using those crap seconds and it took forever peeing about with them took twice as long, but he has supplied better tiles for the other house and i did the shower area a lot quicker made a huge difference never will i tiles with rubbish tiles again. I priced on a day rate but i guess some of the more experienced guys on here could do those 2 shower areas in a day .
