hello all, have any of you had problems with this software/Its driving me nuts, wont let me upload pics or transfer them...dont want to delete the programme and re-install it because i have pics of some nice jobs and the kids etc on there..any advice appreciated...apart from get a new phone or use a digital camera....

I have never had much luck with phone software Nokia or Samsung. I just Bluetooth any info over now. Easy

Yes. I gave up on it ages ago. Work gave me a new SE phone and it came with the PC suite. total rubbish - as is the phone IMO......:mad2:

Ok.. the newer one..

Move the pics from the suite to a folder on your pc...then uninstall the suite and re-install..

If it won't let you do this then use the trouble shoot on the disc..

Mines works fine..

Cheers Dave, tried moving them to another folder and it failed,i will now try the trouble shooter.

Bit peculiar really cos My daughter has an old SE phone and it is brilliant. Don't know whether they were taken over or just started cutting build costs. Mine won't even maintain bluetooth contact with the hands free kit in the car

Bri, I don't bother with the pc suite for my SE c905. I just use the USB cable and plug it in, and use the transfer function. I then open the folders contained in the phone and copy and paste the pics I want on my pc.

Had real problems with the SE software when I had it years ago, they don't seem to update their drivers. Tried Nokia and that was shocking too, just too confined.

I do the same as Neale and Bluetooth. You can buy a bluetooth receiver (about a fiver) that plugs into a USB port then it creates another drive whenever it is in use so you can just drag and drop
