Spilt Face Mosaic Price.

Looked at a job today....12 m2 split face mosaic 600 X 150 from tile and stone.com there to go on a plaster board feature wall in a lounge with a central fire place to cut round , i will have to sand some paint off......but I'm struggling with a price .....Any ideas?

Forgot to add will be supplying the adhesive. ..no grout.

Yeah I was gonna say £40-50 per m so anywhere between £480 and £600 labour and fixing materials.

Am I missing something, 12 m2 of split face,
No more than a days work (if prep doesn't take to long) plus adhesive, so about £300

Think it would take more than a day...
Got the fire place to cut round.
Day to sand the paint and 2 days to tile should be plenty.

£25 per m for stone is far too cheap, probably going to need a couple of coats of sealer too.

Was thinking of £500 so not far out..
