From the drawing (original post) I'd be worried about all that rot living under the stainless steel!

They are thin stainless. Look at the pic, they have folded corners so will cut with a thin metal blade.

230mm is a whopping big blade in an angle grinder . Toolstation sell this 115mm blade which is nearly identical.....probably a fraction of the cost too!!!

I have.....near on impossible to control any changes of direction or curves

Not when cutting 30 to 40mm granite or other stone......... This is not DIY tiling.

Correct me if I'm wrong @Tom Astley but isn't this thread about cutting stainless steel capped tiles not granite? In this circumstance the large blade is overkill
