Storing ladders & awkward stuff

Problem I've got is only having a single garage, usually cluttered with tiles, sample boards etc. leaves little space to keep bulky things in there. Came up with this idea as I didn't want to leave a 2.5m 3 stage ladder outside.
I do have open rafters, so can use those to hold tube rails to hang things overhead - and still open the up & over door too.

that should work
i have a bicicle pully sytem for lifting mine up out of the way.
it works great .
its vey hand it have them up out of the way but still very fast and easy to get to

I keep my ladder on the roof.....
