Thank you lee. I would be interested to hear from people who have tiled over it. It still doesnt take away the fact that it needs levelling. Something I may have to get you to do as im ovrr my head with graft. Pm me with a roundabout price if you coukd. Ill work out exact metreage now. Is this ok wit you? or do you require a visual on it ?

I have tiled over amtico and lino without probs....but it is not my personal ideal.....I would be happy too quote for a re-level and should be able to give you a ball park on PM of M2!

Whats the best method to remove ? heat guns, scrapers elbow grease ?

use a wallpaper steamer/ stripper really gets it soft and you can rip it off in sheets
