I know you have had some good advice in previous posts but why not just replace your floor with 22mm wayrock, egger "chipboard" this is the same depth as your Impey former.

Ripping out the old bathroom...

Ripping up the old floorboards...

Levelling the joists with battens...

Deck to provide support for the Impey wet room tray...

T&G floorboards down, glued and screwed...

Impey deck down...

Floor over boarded with 12mm WBP ply...

Ceiling plaster boarded and IP65 LED spots in.

Lovely, looks like you are working nice and clean too which is a big bonus!!
Interesting that you are going your own way, but I'm sure it'll be fine with the right amount of tanking etc, good work so far!

Made a bit more progress...


Battening back wall so I can screw on the AquaPanel...

Fitted a vapour barrier... not sure why...

AquaPanel fitted to party wall.

Timber frames up for false walls...

Some furniture placed for fun...

Starting to look a bit more like a bathroom now 🙂

Well finally finished it last week, so thought I'd post a few pics of the finished product. Pretty pleased with it, nice to be able to have a shower again and so far no leaks 🙂

Oooh lovely, nice different sized feature tiles above the sink too.....
Its a bit dark in there though, have you up-rated the lighting too?
