tanking around wetroom drain?

Hi,
I bought the former and drain system from wetdecs, i'm baffled how i put the drain together with the membrane and the yellow square ( sorry forgot name!) you get with it.
Can anyone show me a detail, exploded perhaps or tell me order with which each piece goes together?

its the tuff2 former,
cheers dave, but the drain I have is slightly different from that, im not sure which bit of the membrane tucks under which bit if you know what i mean?

this is the one in elevation, but cant see from this where the membrane goes in which part of the gully
