Template material

I need some sort of template material that I can cut easily but won't fall apart when wet. I'm cutting some small irregular shapes in marble and want to take a template so the shapes can be marked onto other pieces to make copies.

Correx is one of the brand names for the stuff Oz refers to....

Thanks, those replies have been really helpful. Trying to keep the tracing paper dry between cuts just really wasn't working :smilewinkgrin:

Hi Musi...I have just cut some very complax shapes from a hard limestone for a customers worktops, Correx or cordek as I call it! is great stuff but not that see through...tracing paper is too flimsy but if you go to a good printers you can buy a heavy duty tracing material on the roll I just bout 10metres on a roll its 800mm wide for about £30.

Thanks Nick, I do go through a lot of tracing paper anyway so I'll look and see if I can get a roll.
Nice mosaic, I like the tiles you've used for shellfish.
