Did a 5 mile XC race today on Ashdown forest...Freezing wind & rain...it was so cold

took dog a walk for an hour this morning, needed to blow off the cobwebs from last nights charity bash, it worked as we're normally out for a minimum of 2 hours.

I have only just warmed up..Just had a Roast now sitting in front of open fire with a nice glass of Red wine.
