rooney has revealed on sky his reasons for leaving and they are down to 'the ambitions or lack of them by man utd)
i still think its the money but you can see a few cracks in the man utd empire..

1. they dont seem to be able to buy players the way they did.
2. scholes, giggs, neville, van der sarr all coming to the end..ferdinands injury problems?
3. fergie has about 2 years left till he's 70..hes says he wont go on past 70!!
4. the club is in alot of debt...£68 mil loss for this financial year
5. the glaziers property empire is collapsing and many loans have been secured against man utd.
6. any possible buy out would cost around £750 mil to £900 mil...(whos got that to blow??)

dont get me wrong, i am not having a pop at man utd, i do respect them as a great club, just pointing out some reasons why wassa might think its time to go

pure greed from a well over rated player, he is about as loyal as a stray dog which is clear from his personal and professional life ,Tevez and Ronaldo were far greater losses from United than Wayne Rooney will ever be , he is out of form since last April, the pundits and managers all seem to rate him so i obviously dont know enough about football to understand why,

whats happened? i had a quick glance at the headlines a few days ago but dismissed them as media BS so didn't read the articles

So is the story of un-rest true? ummmm interesting, but not sure if i'm that bothered to go research

any chance of a quick outline of whats happend i.e. Rooney 'v' Man U For Dummies??

NO!
Buy the Sun - If you don't see him on the front /back page, he'll have an advert in the services column for Grannies and Ladies of pleasure.
(Hope he's not next to mine again!)

Ok just read his statement, let the idiot rot on the bench... Oh I forgot Football is run by money now not passion, looks like the Glaziers can't afford to let him rot and as such yet another footballer engineers a move. The lunatics have taken over the aslyum.

Never liked the guy even with an England shirt on, even with my disdain for Everton I felt he in no way paid his debt to them

So he seems to think that Utd is a sinking ship/spent force/not capable of winning trophies?, You'd have thought he would've known Fergie better by now! It's all been said many times before and Utd's worst finish in the Prem League was 3rd, and that was only once!! "The boy" needs a history lesson methinks!

as soon as a player starts to dictate to the manager then its time to get rid. he wouldnt be the player he is today colour republic without the start from everton academy and david moyes.. but then iam biased,, did you see us kick the pools *** . maybe moyes might give him a job at everton cleaning the boots for the reserve team;; seeing how he is to big for his boots.

a friend of mine likened Rooney to Gazza. now there's an interesting self destruct path to be taken if he wants it.
