Another menace and potential drain on the economy is dead. Shame the IPCC investigation will cost a fortune as will the police investigation into where he was hiding and why they couldnt find him. Does all that really matter? Who cares where he was so why bother spending the money on it?

Im sure they person who shot him with the taser and the person who gave the order will be blamed rather than the person who didnt tell poilice about his threats prior to hi release instead of a day after.

we may never know what really happened but what did strike us as odd was that you could definatly hear a man screaming in the background which doesnt fit with a suicide but does fit with someone who didnt really want to be shot

the tazers were definatly fired before the gun went off, but the post mortem has reported no puncture marks from the tazers

so thats that settled

I wouldnt have thought someone who shot themselve in the neck could scream
