Some people just don't "get it". Whether it is cutting down a redwood that is 800 years old, or tearing down a bulding that dates from the Middle Ages, or stealing these common tiles from the entry of this church, i just can't fathom the mindset of people that can't see that this is something really reprehensible against society at large. :mad2:
We have nothing in the US or North America that is as old as the entrance to a small church somewhere in rural England. I can't imagine how interesting it would be to stand in a building older than my country and stand on a floor that has lasted for five centuries. As the pastor said in the article, people have walked together across that floor for centuries, and some vacuous twit has stolen these tiles for probably nothing more than beer money.:incazzato:
