Sorry to here about your kit getting nicked, but what a fantastic response from the guys.

I've just joined the forum ( have not even done my course yet and no tools to give ), but this response just shows me I've made a bloody good decision.

Friendly guy in modern living hartlepool is gonna sell me a more or less brand new one for fifty notes. Think they're about 150 where I've looked on net. So bargain.

Having just spent a fortune on new tools (still to get my first job though) I'd be devastated if this happened to me. Wish I could do something to help you out mate. All I can do right now though is offer my condolences.

I've found the replies on this post heart warming to say the least, what a good bunch of blokes you are!

Hope the filth that stole your tools get what they deserve and hope that you (TMT) get yourself up and running real soon.

you can get van contents insurance that will cover your tools during the daytime. ive got it along with my biz insurance for 140 quid a year
