The floor is very old and on the whole very good condition. Shame they havent had it cleaned...although i have seen worse and it does go with the kitchen.

i always price a threshold bar in my qoutes(even if its only walls lol)

i always ask when pricing the job, there is nothing worse if you have not offered and the customer says when your finished the job, (normally in the evening with no local DIY shops open to get hold of a threshold bar) what about the join between the tiles and the carpet.:yikes:

Think i have only had one customer say he was not fussy

I normally keep a couple in the van, silver and brass
