Are these through bodied porcelain or glazed Porcelain ? Rounding edges on glazed will not work.

I don't believe they are glazed,. as the colour of the tile appears to be inthe (body) of the material. There are no defining edges where the colur runs out. That to me would be glazed I believe.

Then they sound as if they are through bodied porcelain.

You may have more luck searching for Karl Dham cutters if in Germany.

I will post back with my finalised intentions,..
One thing to note is the tile cutter reccomended to me (on the cheap) does not state it can cut porcelain tiles.
How concerned should I be, with 8mm thickness??

IMO most cutter will cut porcelain, some better than others but I also think that a moveable breaker arm is a must for porcelain.
