While working in Saltaire recently The client needed some Polished porcelain black floor tiles. Tile Giant Shipley had just what they wanted and the client was over the moon with the service he was given.

No such problems here, all perfect.
My local one in Crewe is normally pretty good, certainly a lot better than other large tile stores!!
