There was a company news letter sent out on Monday and it was mentioned on there. If they don't know about it, then they haven't read the news letter when they should of

been in to tile giant sunderland today and thay know nothing of any big discounts. i just got the normal trade discount which is better then full price but not as good as promised

Although the staff should know about your discount, it shouldn't make a difference if they don't. The discounts are automatic when they enter your details into the computer. So aslong as the form has been filled out and sent to Nathan, there shouldn't be a problem. If anyone has filled the form out, but isn't getting the discount. Please PM me your postcode and trading name and I will take a look on the computer system.

Yes you can. Just give the staff your postcode and they will find you on the system

Talking of keraquick does anyone use it on walls day in day out or is it still too rapid setting for that, its seems to set slow on the floor so wondering if anyone has experience of using a rapid setting adheisve on the walls ?

I find it very good addy.
I love it especialy when you do top sides of window reveels or above windows.

And you can walk on them (with care - I would suggest ) 2 hours later .

Only I paid for a bag around £32 last year without no discounts -no that was for Flex version non flex was around £28 I think..
So I hope I will be able to pass on some savings on to the clients soon.

Not had a chance to go into TG yet to see if i can get keraquick cheaper than £17 a bag, I'm using it all the time now and also slowly converting to mapei grouts too.
