Tile Height/Level thingy-m-jibs

Hi All

I saw these spacing gizmos at B&Q they help level floor tiles and when the addy has set you just kick them to snap them off.

Are they any good, do they work...?

Don't forget I'm a DIYer not a tiler so be gentle on me..............!!!

they'll be lash clips, personally I wouldn't use them, seems like a lot of expense that would be better spent getting the prep work done right in the first place

I agree. If you're floor is flat and you apply your adhesive evenly you shouldn't have a problem.

They are very very expensive. Work out your square meterage and the size of the tile. Now count how many packs of these gizmos you need................then add up the price of the gizmos!!!! Your floor does need to be flat to achieve best results. The money spent on these things can be spent on tiler. Get some quotes you will be amazed that DIY is not always the cheapest option. Its only 3sqm & I'm covering with backer board this weekend so it will be nice & flat. I always do everything myself as I enjoy it, oh except plastering...!!!
