Tile Movement when adhesive setting?

I have been doing a job with some 600 x 300 on walls and floors. Tiles have been fixed to concrete floor and plasterboard walls. The tiles when fixed had been nice and flat and came in the next day and the floor is like a bloody skateboard park as are the walls and i know i never fixed like that.

adhesive used was stuff from a place called tile master. ( bagged stuff ) standered set walls and rapid set floors

none of it was flex just standered set and rapid set normal cement based

12mm ceramic square edge to so it feels bad when you run hand over the wall now

Tiles are solid and when tapped sound solid there is no noises to suggest there are voids behind them.

Standard set for 600x300 on the walls you may find has sucked back into the plasterboard causing the lippage. Lot depends on amount of adhesive used and was it broken bond pattern.
Some larger format tiles can be bowed - did you have good lighting in the room when you tiled it.

Room was really light and was straight pattern it has really done my head in

if you have had to pack the tiles slightly at different rates to each other then they could have sucked back into the substrate at different rates as john has said. this causing some lippage.

any pictures please, were the walls solid or was there a lot of bounce in the walls

Mixing to wet can cause slumpage as the adhesive dries...

Also, if you peg the tiles as opposed to putting the spacer in properly could cause the tile to move if you pull it out when still slightly wet.
