Tiled hatch - access to underfloor via tiled hatch

Hi all,

Does anyone come across this problem?
My customer requires the hatch in his kitchen floor to remain as it's required for access, but also doesn't want to see it! (well hidden as much as possible)
is there a product on the market that is similar to an outside inspection hatch that tiles can be inlaid inside,

All i can seem to find on the web is driveway inspection hatch.:mad2:

You can get ones with thinner lips but you will still see the shape of the lid..

Try something like this. Unless the acces your talking about is a manhole then as Dave said.

They are NICE smurf...any idea where you get them at..? for future reference..

Dave they are made to measure from howe used them in spar shops but never had to order one personally.

There are plenty about for walls but not so much for floors unfortunatly.
