Hi
I'm looking for a tiler in Barnet for a kitchen floor. There are currently tiles on the floor which I will remove however these tiles go under the units so they will need to be broken near the unit legs so the new tiles can go in their place and the plinth can cover the old tiles.
Im sure that's not ideal but I don't want to have to move all the units out and ideally want to keep the cost down.
The area to be tiles is approx 9 foot by 5 foot. Previous tilers tiled straight on the floorboards which has led to nothing but problems so something would need to go down before the tiles are laid.
What sort of price should I be looking for a job like this, can anyone maybe come and quote me for the work, looking to do this work at some stage in early May.
Ive already purchased the tiles and they are normal ceramic tiles sized 43cm x 43cm.
