Tilers spirit levels??

Tilers Forums Official Sponsors

We all care @llevram, especially me as I have empire levels too. 🙂

I'd probably look at a good fishing rod bag, some of those are padded and offer good protection to very expensive rods.
Just a thought.
Few keen fisherman in here who could maybe make a suggestion.
@Andystiletiling @Localtiler
Genius 😉 ...and if I cared as much about my levels than I do of my rods I'd recommend one, however nowerdays laser comes out and the levels are no more than glorified straight edges 🙂

Good idea, it would make me very sad every day getting a fishing bag out and knowing i was only gonna work!
Average carp fishing bags are 6ft long, eBay is best bet

Are you asking me Antonio?
then, in summary.
you say, that the receiver is not needed, because you see the line. (as I understand it).
ok, even I can see the line, but the distance is long, how do you know if you're at 60cm from the wall ?. you get up and go to see if the line is 60 cm ?, put to the table with the viewfinder? or you have a cat's sight ?. 😉

or, as I start to think, that I use the laser for other things. while you use it for other things.
I use the laser to seek the setting, before starting work. few times use the laser to control the alignment of the tiles.

when I found the quadrature of the floor, mark with pencil the two most distant points, I take the knock colored thread and pull a line.
lay a straight edge on the line and start laying.

this is the last time I speak of the receiver, otherwise we retire talking about the receiver. 😉

ps. when you test the receiver on the floor, you will remember of antonio. ahah
