Morning . Driving to work today funny noise from van . Get out have a look and four loose bolts holding on front left wheel but actually there should be five .

Had a VW caravette where the cotter pin came out and the wheel fell off.
Happened twice 1) at traffic light and the van just wouldn’t move, it was jammed against the wheel arch. 2) doing its top speed of 60mph when it started to shake! Pulled into a lay by just as it fell off.
