tiling a step into house

all prepped and ready to go have bought mapei fast set adhesive and have opened the bag then realised it was not for porcelain tiles should i go ahead or buy other adhesive

If it's your first tiling job I would probably go with some standard set tbh.

If it's just for ceramics then it won't have the polymer in it which helps it to stick to porcelain. You can add an additive to it or replace it but I wouldn't use it on porcelain tiles.
