Tiling around reveal and sill advice

How did you come up with that then so all your jobs you do the walls and floors are 100% perfect that dont need any prep packing out leveling or anything?

If your've seen some of the plastering over the years I've had to go over you could'nt even paint on it it's that bad.

It seems tilers are expected to tile over bad work and thats not whats it all about.

Your right but id rather price the job for the packing out etc rather then not do just because the price is too tight for re plastering
we can only do what we can do with what we have.

So a good fixer could get over that its all about the look of the finished job with tiling no one sees what go's on behind the tile

I think you're missing the point. We're not talking about a good fixer, we're talking about someone that's probably never tiled before, or certainly never done a window..

there is nothing wrong with my tiling at all I just thought this site was for people to ask for tips and advice and for those with the knowledge to share it.
