Tiling boots???

halfway through skimming a large ceiling and site agent said I had to put my hard hat on or leave the site..... I handed him my trowel and told him to finih the ceiling then...common sense then prevailed and he saw the light:lol:

We went back to a New Build site because the customer wanted the tiles changing to a different colour in the downstairs cloakroom. All the other trades were gone just a couple about snagging being done even the show house was sold and occupied. Up comes the site agent from the office and said get your hard hats on! I looked at him gobsmacked looked up at all the decorated ceilings and coving and said will the customer have to wear them as well when they occupy next week. I got the usual retort that can only come from a jobsworth like him " No hat no work! " So I packed the tools back in the van and never went back despite 3 phone calls begging us to.
