Tiling corner of a bathroom

I have tiled one wall of my bathroom from side to side with tiles flush to wall but do not know how to proceed as instructions I have say nothing on dealing with corners.
When I add my next tiles to the next wall do I leave no gap or a gap the same size I have been putting between the tiles or what ?
Also do I add grout or sealant or both at the corners ?
Does tile width/thickness matter ?
Any advice will be much appreciated.

make sure your datem lines match around the room....
leave 2/3 mm gap in corners and Silicon this gap...this is a movement joint....
tile thickness does matter as long as the first wall of tiling isn't to short of the wall corner..........dave..

You have also been very fortunate if you have managed to get full tiles to hit the corners OK, walls are not that straight or plumb usually, it's normal to have cuts to pick up the line/angle of the wall.

Plus ditto Dave. As always, he has the answers 🙂

Sorry if my post read as though I had full tiles across my bathroom , I did have to cut tiles for both sides.
What I don't understand how you have a movement joint when the walls are fixed ?

Also first time I read wall gap to be two thirds of a mm, but now I realise it means between 2 and 3mm.
You must feel you are dealing with an idiot, anyway my wife thinks I am.
Regards for reply

the reason for the expansion joints in the corners. Is that the walls expand at different rates than the tiles due to thermal expansion and humidity expansion ...thus the corners would just crack if only grouted.............dave..
