Hi all
The house was build in 1960 most of the walls including the one in question are made of black porous blocks (very old looking) with mortar. The plaster (where seen) on top is grey. The paint is old, but not flacking off, could not remove it with tape. I guess I would sand it off or key the pain?
The tiles are 12 mm thick but 4 mils of them are substance like hardiebacker and the marble is the top part only. They are lighter than solid marble.
