Tiling on to bonding?????

Just thought,to save you knocking the Bonding off could you not Dot and Dab onto the bonding.....but then your probably not supposed to do that either!(You could use Finish plaster for your d&d????)

Just clarify,when I said dot and dab,,I meant dotting and dabbing. plasterboard,not tiles!.If room will allow

why not drywall adheisive ?
 
Because I was not sure if you put Dri. Wall onto Bonding plaster. D&D with finish plaster seemed theoretically logical,maybe not technically correct. I have seen it done,I had to remove a pb wall that had been done with d&D with finish plaster had it had a better hold than any Dri wall adh I have seen.This could be largely irrelevant if there is nottthe mm to do it. So it could be just the case that the walls will have to be skimmed and left to cure.
