it ended up being 3 tiles up - so chipped off aff a few tiles - problem solved cheers.

Saw one in a house I have been at this week...they put tile trim around the top half of the socket and to be honest it looked ropey. I would suggest going up another row or getting them to move the socket down. Tiling up another row will be a far cheaper option.
