I looked at the footage and the close ups quite clearly show that she moves her fingers to scratch her face. at that point, I cannot see anything in her left hand. you don't see anything drop from her hand. maybe she realised the camera was filming and she was merely shielding her face so she wouldn't be seen.

there's no mobile phone in the footage and the whole thing is just a hoax.
