Is it worthwhile having a trade account with Topps to get some % discount?
I don't deal with buying tiles and don't have a Topps Tiles within 30 miles of me anyway,so never had an account.
But I have a valued,repeat customer who has chosen their floor tiles from Topps, but at a horrendous £65m2 for 600x300 porcelain floor tiles.
So before I even enquire about an account I was wanting to put some feelers out on here to see if it is worthwhile approaching them.

I went for some addy,spf, they wanted £45 a bag, I got them down to £25 at 'trade' I was desperate as I was on job and they were the only place nearby, never ever go again

I pop into Topps every now and again to have an argument about their prices, they don't care so it's not even worth wasting breath on.

I use Topps all the time. Cheap as chips if you ask me with adhesive.

Don't bother supplying tiles, as I'm not a tile shop or a bank.

Their trims are pricey tho.

But for their spf at £10 a bag, plus the trade rewards - it's win win for me.

But you have to be loyal to them and use them all the time to get the good discounts, any other tile shop would give you 30% plus off retail from the start......so it begs the question. ....why would any tiler use them in the first place?

Topps tile top trade discount is 15% it's all overpriced rubbish.. there employees are Mcdonald's over spill! i try get on with the manger but there all morons
