Cancelled.Got home to find an e-mail cancelling the course yesterday.Booked a hotel room & altered work around. To say im not impressed is an under statement!

Unfortunately tomorrow’s training is cancelled; we have however arranged August 12th 2010.

Please let me know is you could make this training session and I’m extremely sorry for the late notice.

Unfortunately these things happen, when I work away I always use hotels that have a cancellation up to 12 noon on day of arrival.
I am sure there must have been a genuine reason.

Have i e-mailed them? Suzie has all my contact details,she sent me the cancellation at 4.30 yesterday afternoon,it was only by pure luck i picked this up before i left for the hotel,the hotel was booked for thur night.
The hotel has taken the money from my card & i have lost a days money.
She should of put the reason in her last thread.

Then email and ask why ! I was booked for the course and I got the email too. Thats ok with me and I dont really need to know why.
If you dont ask then you dont get.
