this one will stay as specified but will try this specification on one of my next jobs.

stable timber subtrate - marmox or similar on spf - ufh - flexi slc - ci on spf - tiles on spf,
 
Timber does have thermal values Spanish...Yes the thermal boards will be good and i know fixers who would just stick the membrane to the boards...

I tend to just use hardi and ufh then membrane on timber floors...and use the insulation boards on concrete/screeds..

But the method you want to use will be fine.. you will need to use the washer/screws with the boards though.

my thinking with ufh on timber has always been to unsulate, i feel it helps warm up times and isolates the sub floor from the heating effects of the ufh to a degree.
 
It does...but if not used it isn't high running costs like on a slab as ytou have to heat the whole slab if not insulated..

And on timber floors then using the un-coupler creates a free installation from stress cracks.....hopefully..:smilewinkgrin:
