Pete, the best thing about me is, I'm not a tiler, but even I can tell that's shocking workmanship.

if I were you, I'd consider getting an independent report done, and take the installer to small claims court to recover the costs you've already paid out. their "fixes" are causing more harm than good :mad2:

You really need some independant advice from a site inspection here or this will never be fixed properly. Obviously the floor and shower tray needs a total redo and from that and your pics I would have doubts over the rest of the work too. Best find out all the bad news early so you can decide on your next step.

Dave, I meant to say only the 4th pic is in the shower area, the rest is around the edge of the floor (thats already been replaced)... is it still a big problem (please excuse my ignorance/lack of knowledge)

It could be a number of issues.. the joists might be sagging under the weight..? it could be substrate shrinkage...it could be expansion and contraction issues between wall and floor.. but it deffo needs looking at and pretty sharp'ish..

that really is shocking and dangerous mate, i know you hve paid hard earned cash to have it fited but this isn't up to scratch and as above could end up costing thousands if not sorted.
i would be looking at a claims court against this guy! i wouldn'teven let him back to fix that
