UFH layed over exsisting tiles

A client wants me to tile thier kitchen floor and lat UFH over the exsisting tiles I know the tiling is not a problem but would the UFH be ok to be layed over tiles

It would be ok if done correctly but not something i would do...

Is there a reason they don't want you to uplift the existing tiles?

They don't want the extra cost or mess of ripping them up as thay have had a new kitchen fitted. The existing tiles well stuck with no hollows and i'm happy to tile over them but have never used UFH in this situation, I can't really see a problem but would appreciate the advice from you more experanced fixers.
