Unique Request??? BATH TV!!!

Here's a request from a client I did a job for last year. His breif was I'd like an LCD TV here.

Does the bath not but upto a wall at the other end ?

Would have looked into setting it into the wall instead of building one up, if it was asked for before starting the job, seen them done and they look well nice.
