uploading pics

How do you upload pics onto this site? i just cant do it. I've tried attaching on post but i dont know how so i've tried to make an album in profile but after i press upload it loads for a few seconds then a page comes up saying webpage cannot be displayed. Can anyone help? cheers

You need to resize your pics to 2400 x 1200 or less in an album and 1200 x1200 as an attachment..

I downloaded a programme called "shrink pic" (enduro recommended it) and it resizes automatically
