User names

After reading Scottleys post about Nybors user name being his daughters name backwards, it got me thinking about a few other users on here (Dylante and GRR spring to mind). Where does your user name come from? And before you think about trying to be funny, Dan, Dave, Stewart, Doug and anyone else who uses their real name I won't be amused!!!!!! :lol:

jolly fix comes from the jolly ive used over the years .Last load when fixing stone 3 part heads,spent a few weeks doing that job,had to use a grinder and french drag on about 60% of them (not well made),fixed with jolly,nice tight joints,pointed in with 5 parts stone dust to 1 part hydro lime,sponge off etc nice,,,

Well as you ask Bri, it is a name I came up with when signing up to youtube, every user name I could possible think of had been taken so I looked around the room deep in thought when I saw on my desk next to the laptop a Bob Dylan CD on top of a Karate book, put the 2 together Dylante, never found it to be used on any other site

Sir Ramic was an "In" joke among the firm I used to work for. 2 tilers used to joke about all the time one was Sir Ramic the other Sir Rator.

mine is my user name on lots of sites, ebay etc. had it for about 10 yrs now, i had a ford fiesta at the time and i couldn't think of anything else so mikefiesta it was!

Don't forget though, if a member has a user name and would like to change it to one available then just ask..

We all know sometimes when you sign up to a forum etc, you are put on the spot user name wise and choose first thing comes into ya head.. So changing it is ok..
