A woman and baby go to the doctors. The doctor examines the baby and is concerned about the baby's weight and asks, "Is he bottle or breast fed?" The woman replies,"Breast fed."
So the doctor asks her to strip to the waist. The doctor then pinches and caresses her nipples and squeezes her breasts for a while.
