What dilution ratios for the 2 coats of Bal SBR primer, please? Or just neat?

It should say what the mixing recommendation for the substrate is on the tub.
If it’s Bal Bond SBR it says 2 x water to 1 x SBR for plaster using cement based adhesive.

I would do the first coat at 4:1.
