I use Mapei Aquadefense paint (roller) on but moving over to Tilemaster at the moment so will give their system a go soon

Ardex for me, troweled on. I always wear gloves as it's a nightmare to get off. It's like being waxed if you let it dry on your skin and try to peel it off!
