The absolute key to using weber.joint pro is you have to leave it half an hour before you start washing it off, minimum

it was designed so you could grout a larger area before you had to stop

Really!?! I've never done that, and use it all the time. I usually give it about 15mins, and can't say it's ever given me a problem. ;)
