Weber tubbed adhesive

Not used before but there are some good deals at a local supplier and wanted to find out how you guys find it. Started using the rapid set flexi and i am impressed so far.

Which tubbed addy? They do a regular one, and a waterproof (take that with a pinch of salt lol!) version. Both stick tiles to the wall, but the waterproof one is quite stiff, and makes for hard work. 😉

Sorry should have been a little more specific. I was trying to see how they compare grip wise against others you may have used recently.

I don't use tubbed anymore either, but would say it grips the same as supergrip. Can't remember who made supergrip!?! Palace maybe?

Actually I think they do 4 different tubbed addys though I've never used any of them. I'd only use a tubbed one for a kitchen splashy, Bal blue star is quite nice to use.

You can make a decent core drill guide out of the bucket lids when you've elongated the 365 ones

You're probably right.. Maybe i should've said that my local tile shop stocks 2 types hehe! 😉

I know a bloke who's used one of the Webers but he said it was too thin. He prefers Biscem though I've never used that either.

Admittedly the Weber buckets aren't that strong. Got 15 empty Weber mixed render buckets in a skip one time. Thought it was Christmas but most broke after a few mixes.
