A mate told me about theis, thought i would pass it on.
It can be used to report a fair list of council related actions from abandoned vehicles to litter, potholes, signage and a few more

What I like about it is that you get an interactive map to which you pinpoint the location of said problem, fill in the problem & even add a photo if you want, this is then sent in and an email reply that confirms you have a genuine email account enters the report. Much easier for rural locations.
Doesnt work in N Ireland though!
